4 Cups of Boiling Water
1 Cup of Overnight Rice
1/2 Cup of Dried Seafood (shrimp, scallops, oyster)
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
White Pepper Sea Salt, to taste
2 to 3 Stalks Scallions/Green Onion, chopped
