1 Large Green Mango, peeled & shredded
1/2 Cup Dried Shrimps, soaked for 20 minutes, drain & pat-dry
2 Shallots, peeled & thinly sliced
A Handful of Mint Leaves A Handful of Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Crispy Shallots Dressing
2 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
4 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Thai Chilies, chopped
