Here are some of my favorite dairy-free milk recipes. They are made with either almond or cashew, and sweetened with raw honey.
Assorted Nut Milks
Cashew + Cacao
1 Cup Cashew, soaked 3 to 4 hours
2 Tbsp Raw Cacao
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Paste
A Pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
3 Cups of Filtered Water
Almond Milk
1 Cup Almond, soaked 6 hours or overnight
3 1/2 Cups Filtered Water
Almond + Honey
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
A pinch of Sea Salt
Almond + Coffee
1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
2 shots of Freshly Brewed Espresso
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
A Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
Honey, to taste
