Nutella
Powdered/Confectioner’s Sugar
Method
Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough in half and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Press the dough down and roll it into a circle, about 10 inch diameter. With a small sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the circle into eight wedges. (like a pizza)
Place a teaspoon of Nutella on each wedge. Roll up each wedge, starting with the wide side end. Place all the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then curve the roll slightly into a crescent shape. Cover with a plastic wrap or kitchen towel for about 30 to 40 minutes. Then brush the rolls with egg wash.
Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
Bake the rolls for about 11 to 12 minutes. Remove and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
