How To Make Salted Duck Eggs
Ingredients
12 Duck Eggs
1/3 Cup Chinese Cooking Wine
¾ Cup Fine Sea Salt
Ziploc/Plastic Bag
Plastic Container
Method
Coat the duck egg in the cooking wine. Then roll it in the sea salt until it’s completely covered. Place the egg in a plastic or zip lock bag. Continue with the remainder duck eggs, wine, and sea salt. Zip the plastic bag and close with the plastic container cover. Place it in a cool, dark place. The salted duck eggs should be ready in 3 to 4 weeks.
