Note: *The sauce will continue to thicken once the fish is added.
*If you are going to serve the dish later, then mix in the fried fish just before serving.
Sweet And Sour Fish
Ingredients:
350 Grams Halibut or any firm white Fish Fillets
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Shaoxing Cooking Wine
Corn Starch, for coating
1/2 inch Ginger, Chopped
3 to 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 Green Pepper
1/4 Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Pineapple
1 Medium Sized Tomato, quartered
1/4 Red Onion
Sauce
4 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
8 Tbsp Water
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Corn Starch
