The weather was sunny today and so I decided to do some quick outdoor grilling. It had to be quick because it was still pretty chilly out there. In any case, all I needed was 15 minutes to grill these succulent river prawns.
I served the prawns with a spicy and sweet soy sauce. All I had to do was season the fresh prawns lightly with salt, pepper, and olive oil. As for the sauce, I just used some sweet soy sauce from Indonesia. You can find most of these simple items at your Asian grocers.
